Permanent Makeup First: If eyebrow or lip contouring is to be done, this procedure should be done first, shaping according to the natural anatomy of the face, and after healing is complete (approximately 2-3 weeks later), Botox or filler should be applied.

Why? If Botox is done first, the position of the eyebrows will temporarily change. When the effect of Botox wears off, the eyebrows return to their original position, and the permanent makeup may appear asymmetrical (crooked).
