This is the most common misconception among the public. Laser beams are non-ionizing (non-radiating) light energy. The beams only reach the hair follicle (a few millimeters below the skin). It is physically impossible for them to reach internal organs or ovaries.
Can the ovaries be damaged? Can it cause infertility?
